As we prepare for the implementation of the new Support at Home Program, care managers are tasked with informing individuals receiving care, of the potential change to their existing service agreements, and ensuring that older people are clear and comfortable to sign a new agreement for services delivered after the revised implementation date of 1 November 2025.

Who is facilitating?
Bruce Williams
Bruce Williams loves to help people understand how other people tick so they can work together with less stress and more “yes!” with a focus on leadership, communication and team dynamics,
Bruce has been delivering adult education, coaching and professional development programs for over four decades. He is an accomplished speaker and facilitator with an engaging and humorous presentation style.
In addition to managing his own business, Bruce is Judging Chair for the Sunshine Coast Business Awards and a part-time academic with the University of the Sunshine Coast.
He is founder and spokesperson for the USC Starfish Program raising funds to support low SES students in higher education. Bruce also mentors young entrepreneurs in The DeLorean Project and Generation Innovation.
Tracy Buccholz
Tracy Buchholz is a Home Care Advisor for Ageing Australia. Tracy has worked in community development for 20 years, including seven years managing a home and community aged care service for a Local Government Authority. Her experience includes leading and managing various sized teams, project management, financial management, contract management, training and event coordination, and leading reform to grow and/or streamline service delivery. Tracy has experience with Home and Community Care (HACC), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages Program (HCP), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Continuity of Support programs.
