2024 year in review
The 2024 year in review infographic offers a comprehensive overview of activities and accomplishments within the sector.
ACCPA proudly represents the majority of aged care service providers across Australia, encompassing residential, home, and community care, as well as seniors housing and retirement living. We have an impressive net promoter score of +44, reflecting high member satisfaction and a strong endorsement from our community.
Additionally, the majority of members feel they are maximising their membership benefits. Our reach includes three in four aged care providers and 60 per cent of retirement communities nationwide — a +10 point increase from Q2 2023.
