Ageing Australia, the new trading name for the Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA), launched on 30 January 2025.

Our annual reports, prepared each financial year, highlight our achievements across the aged care sector, showcasing our advocacy efforts and the delivery of services aligned with the priorities outlined in Ageing Australia’s strategic plan.

As the aged care services sector in Australia turns a pivotal corner, this poses both challenges and opportunities for our members. In the face of ongoing legislative reform and in an environment of shifting community expectations, it is vital we remain united and speak with one voice.”

2024 year in review

The 2024 year in review infographic offers a comprehensive overview of activities and accomplishments within the sector.

ACCPA proudly represents the majority of aged care service providers across Australia, encompassing residential, home, and community care, as well as seniors housing and retirement living. We have an impressive net promoter score of +44, reflecting high member satisfaction and a strong endorsement from our community.

Additionally, the majority of members feel they are maximising their membership benefits. Our reach includes three in four aged care providers and 60 per cent of retirement communities nationwide — a +10 point increase from Q2 2023.
