The ITAC 2024 Awards, held in Gold Coast on 26 March 2024, celebrated excellence, and innovation in aged care technology. These awards recognise organisations that have demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing the quality of care by implementing innovative solutions.

Excellence in Technology Implementation: Acknowledging Catholic Healthcare Inc, IAgeHealth, Pop Up Health, Tanunda Lutheran Homes Inc, and Uniting NSW & ACT for remarkable achievements in deploying technology to drive innovation and efficiency in aged care services. This award celebrates those who have seamlessly integrated cutting-edge solutions, setting new standards in their endeavours.
Excellence in Collaboration: Utilising Evidence to Lead Digital Transformation: Recognising IRT Group for leading digital transformation through evidence-based partnerships. This award honours those who have made impactful use of collaborative efforts and data-driven strategies in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital transformation.
Excellence in Business Intelligence (BI) Development and the Use of Analytics: Spotlighting Annecto for exceptional achievements in leveraging data for strategic decision-making. This award honours those who have demonstrated excellence in BI development and the effective use of analytics to drive impactful business decisions.
Excellence in Digital Workforce Development: Highlighting Endeavour for outstanding efforts in cultivating a skilled and innovative digital workforce. This award celebrates contributions to digital skills development, fostering adaptability, and promoting digital literacy within the modern workplace.
The ITAC Awards recognised highly commended applications and highlighted St Andrews, Hammond Care, and Baptcare.
ITAC Hall of Fame Award recognised Mr Gavin Tomlins and Mr Graeme Wickenden for their remarkable contribution to technology and innovation in aged and community care.
